His practice focuses on injuries and arthritic conditions of the shoulder and knee, including arthroscopic soft tissue reconstruction and partial and total joint replacement. He is a founding partner of OrthoNY, serving on the committee that led to its inception in 2013, and served on its executive committee until 2022. Dr. Silver has been practicing in Saratoga Springs since 2000 and is the immediate past President of OrthoNY, serving from 2018 through 2021.
