Dr. Rigolosi is by far the best! Today I had a cortisone shot in my neck and I didn’t feel anything. He is super gentle I would definitely recommend Dr. Rigolosi!

I had an appointment with Dr. Polishchuk today and was very impressed with how the appointment went. I had an X-ray taken prior to seeing Dr. Polishchuk and he reviewed it before he saw me. Dr. Polishchuk listened to my symptoms and reviewed my medical history. I felt very at ease during my appointment and within 5-10 minutes; he had my diagnosis figured out and the treatment needed to get me on the road to recovery. I received a Corticosteroid Injection and Dr. Polishchuk explained what I could expect in the next couple of weeks. I was very impressed with his no nonsense approach and would recommend Dr. Polishchuk without hesitation. - Bruce R.

I met Dr. Boler in 2016 after I fractured my hand. I was left speechless of the kindness and highest tolerance Dr. Boler showed me. Though he is very quiet, he is so knowledgeable when it comes to his area if expertise. Through this message I would like Dr. Boler to know that he's blessed with such a healing power and he's such a blessing to that practice; I heard a lot of positive comments and I did experience the same treatment from him. God bless all of your works Dr. Boler!!

Important COVID-19 Update

Effective May 18th, OrthoNY will begin to reopen most of our offices and services.  We will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the NYS Department of Health to ensure that we do everything possible to keep our offices safe for our patients, staff and providers.

Urgent Care services are available in our Albany, Saratoga and Schenectady locations. Albany Urgent Care will be open Monday-Friday, from 8 – 8 and Saturday and Sunday from 8 – 2.  Saratoga and Schenectady locations will be open Monday – Friday from 8 – 5. Our Saratoga office is also open Saturdays from 9 – 12. Our Ambulatory Surgery Centers have been open for emergent cases; however, we are currently awaiting guidelines from the DOH to be able to resume all elective cases. Our Albany Physical Therapy office remains open for patients who need post-op/emergent care and we’ll be opening up our other two locations in June.

OrthoNY will continue to screen patients upon arrival, enforce social distancing guidelines and limit the amount of visitors in our offices. You may be asked to wait in your car and be called in for your appointment in the event social distancing cannot be maintained due to high traffic; you will also be required to wear a face covering during your visit to any of our locations. Our offices have gone through a deep clean process and are sterilized throughout the day and every evening. These processes have been implemented to help keep our patients and staff healthy and safe.

If you are a patient considered high-risk, have traveled and/or have symptoms of a fever, cough, or respiratory issues, please call our office before coming to your appointment or using our walk-in clinics. We will continue to offer tele-medicine appointments for our patients and may be able to help you avoid an unnecessary office visit. Call our office at 518-489-2663 and an OrthoNY representative will be able to assist you with additional information.

Thank you for choosing OrthoNY for your orthopaedic care and for helping us keep you safe and well.
