Digital Check-In

OrthoNY is now offering an enhanced digital, self check-in process for patients. Prior to your appointment, a secure link will be emailed or texted to you prompting you to begin your digital check-in process.

With our new online registration process, you can:

  • Register from your phone or computer before arriving.
  • Skip the lobby line and take a seat after letting the front desk know you’ve arrived!
  • Update your information and upload documents securely.
  • Pay your outstanding balances, co-pays or fees ahead of your visit.

How It Works

  1. You’ll receive an email or text with a safe, secure link before your appointment.
  2. Click the link to begin your registration—no password required.
  3. Upload your ID and insurance, confirm your details, and you’re done!
  4. Pay your co-pay or balance right from your phone or computer.

This new process is secure, mobile-friendly, and fully integrated with our scheduling and billing systems to ensure a seamless experience.

OrthoNY Patient Portal

The OrthoNY Patient Portal is designed to enhance communication between you and our practice. It provides established patients with secure, 24/7 access to important health information and services.

What you can do in the portal:

  • Request prescription refills
  • Send non-urgent messages to our office

If you are a new patient or have not yet registered on our updated portal, please email us at patientportal@orthony.com to request access. Once we have your correct email address on file, we will send you an invitation to register.

Answer these questions to schedule a same or next day visit at our Albany or Clifton Park Orthopedic Injury Clinic. If all same day slots are filled, next day slots may be available. Times are approximate; wait times may be longer.

Is the patient experiencing any of the following:

  • Open wounds, animal bite, or infection.
  • Head injury or concussion.
  • Facial injury: broken nose, cheekbone, etc.
  • Rib, chest, chest wall, or sternum pain or injury.
  • Pediatric neck or spine injury (18 years or younger).

We are unable to treat your injuries at an OrthoNY Orthopedic Injury Clinic. Please seek care with your primary care physician or go to the nearest emergency room.

Did this injury occur in your workplace or on a job site?

Due to the complexity of worker’s comp insurance, we do not see worker’s comp cases in the Injury Clinic. Please call (518) 489-2663 to schedule your appointment in one of our other offices.
