Dr. Nutting strongly believes in a “Patient First” philosophy, treating each patient as a whole to help achieve the individual goals of each person.

Jessica was born in Albany though spent most of her life in the green mountains of Vermont where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in health. She continued her education in Northern Virginia where she received her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University in August of 2018. While there, Jessica discovered her passion for outpatient orthopedics. During her spare time, she spent many hours providing pro bono physical therapy services at her local free medical clinic and partook in a medical mission trip to Nicaragua where she provided physical therapy services and education to the underserved populations of Leon.

Jessica has now made her way back to the Capital District to join the team at OrthoNY to pursue her passion in outpatient orthopedics. Jessica also has a passion for yoga and is currently undergoing her 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher Training for Healthcare Professionals which she can incorporate into her therapeutic practice as a physical therapist.

Other extracurricular activities Jessica enjoys include traveling, running/hiking with her dog, Opie during the warmer seasons as well as skiing and snowboarding during the winter months.
