A member of the OrthoNY executive committee, Dr. Silver is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. His practice focuses on injuries and arthritic conditions of the shoulder and knee, including arthroscopic soft tissue reconstruction and partial and total joint replacement. He is a member of the board of directors for Saratoga Care, the parent organization of Saratoga Hospital and related healthcare facilities.
