Dr. Amar Parikh is the most caring doctor that I’ve seen in my 73 years. He is willing to listen to my problems and suggest a number of options that I get to choose from. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I’ve recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
I went to the walk in urgent care in Albany and found EVERYONE so courteous and helpful. I got x-rays, a shot, a knee brace and a referral for physical therapy and was out the door quickly. I would highly recommend their services!
As a man of 75 with 2 "worn out" shoulders, I was referred to Dr. Flik as a candidate for reverse shoulder replacement. Upon meeting him, I was impressed by his genuine concern and patience. He answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. There have been no complications from the surgery and the incision has healed beautifully. At 7 weeks post surgery, I continue to see daily progress in ROM and comfort as I ease back into my normal routine. I have already begun to plan for the surgery for my 2nd shoulder in the spring. I trust Dr. Flik and recommend him and his team highly!
My mom who is almost 96 but extremely active was seen by Dr. Joshua Ross in Malta. He was very kind, great with her! Informative, she had MRI first then injections with xray assist yesterday. Staff and Dr. Ross were amazing from front desk check in to scheduling. She is doing better already and is out weeding before the heat sets in! Can’t thank you enough! Not to mention her appointments are always on time or earlier than scheduled! 10 am appointment we were done at 10:04!
I recently had spine surgery with Dr. Montgomery. He was very kind, professional and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this surgery performed.
Dr. Aronowitz recently rebuilt my blown knee (skiing accident); reconstructed ACL and PCL with grafts, and augmented MCL. Now, 16 weeks after surgery, I consider myself a lucky man. From the moment I left the surgical center in April 2022, my recovery progressed continually in the positive direction. Never had any complications (besides the expected swelling, pain, and sensitivity), or worry that I will need a follow-up procedure. It’s like the moon landing; people don’t believe me unless they saw proof. I also HIGHLY recommend doing PT before the surgery. This helps to achieve good extension and flexion before surgery, which are directly proportional to your outcome immediately after surgery. As an additional benefit, it helps to develop a relationship with your physical therapist since they can better customize your post-surgery needs when you’re the most vulnerable (and generally out of it).
I am a 72 year old woman .A year ago, Dr. Montgomery performed a two level spinal fusion for Spondyloisthesis and Stenosis on me. It was very successful and I am so grateful to him for making my retirement life fun again! I could barely walk into the office last year and had been suffering for a dozen years . Today I am back to playing tennis, water zumba classes, walking 2 miles and am able to participate in amateur photography workshops without any pain or back/leg problems. Kristen, his PA, was also so very nice and helpful before and after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Montgomery for this type of surgery.
Very polite and on the ball. Very awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone.
I have been a patient of Sean Cece for a few months. I can not say enough. His bedside manners are out of this world. He is very knowledgeable. He really cares for his patients. He takes time with them to listen and acknowledge their concerns. He is very thorough. He understood the financial hardship I am dealing with and did not let that stop my treatment. He is so amazing! I can not say enough about him! I appreciate everything he has done for me!
I went to see Dr. Abraham at the Delmar office on 9/6 for a diagnosis of my hip injury. He performed an exam, took some X-rays and suggested I get a second opinion. He gave me a referral to see Dr. Stein in the Clifton Park office on 9/8. Dr. Stein reviewed my MRI and gave me a thorough assessment of my injury and, based upon my present physical condition, suggested I get a cortisone shot, which was scheduled for the following day (9/9) at the Albany office, which is closer to my home. Dr. Buttaci was very personable and put me at ease while administering the shot. It worked----today (9/12) my condition has improved dramatically. Less than a week from initial assessment to diagnosis to implementation of treatment plan----I would still be sitting in the waiting room with most other providers.
